Isolation of Peak 1 for UV spectrum

Purpose/Intro:
To determine the UV spectrum of the material in Peak 1.
Results/Conclusion:
There was a disproportionately large absorbance around 260 nm for Peak 1 to be aflatoxin alone. This is evidence for a DNA adduct.
