Further processing of precolumn adduct (08/26/1976)
Purpose/Intro: Continued attempted purification of adduct using a precolumn. Peak 1 was re-treated in the same manner as in the previous experiment. Results/Conclusion: A254 contamination is lower, but it still coelutes with the adduct. 123 µg adduct obtained.
