Guanosine methylation III (12/29/1976 - 12/30/1976)
Purpose/Intro: To determine appropriate conditions to methylate the adduct without destroying it.
Results/Conclusion: "7-MeGuanosine eluted at ~42 min under these conditions. The reaction mixture was diluted ~100 fold in buffer prior to injection. Results: a huge 7-MeGuanosine peak was obtained."
