Co-elution of 9-MeGua with methylated adduct hydrolysis product (01/03/1977)
Purpose/Intro: "The authentic sample of 9-MeGua arrived today. Its spectrum will be obtained and I will get information on its chromatographic behavior in the tRNA system."
Results/Conclusion: "Retention time: 8+ minutes. Retention time of methylated product: same. When spiked with 9-MeGua, the peak from the methylation system grew and no second peak or shoulder was observed. THERE ARE SOME VERY NICE CHROMATOGRAMS HERE. Data shown to G. Büchi."
